The UK version arrived today with a whole selection of great content.
IMDb TV has now launched in the UK via the Prime Video app, with a standalone app coming to Fire devices in the next few weeks.
TV shows on the service include the excellent sitcom Community, as well as Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Babylon 5, Person of Interest, Dawson’s Creek and The A-Team, among others.
Movies include Pulp Fiction, Saturday Night Fever, Meet the Parents, the two Kill Bill films and Chinatown.
If paying for Video Streaming channels is beyond your means, this is good news, albeit it’s an ad-supported service.
How To Get It
To watch IMDb TV right now, you need the Amazon Prime Video app downloaded and installed on a compatible device.
Compatible devices include smart TVs, Android, iOS, games consoles and Amazon’s own Firestick or box.
Then find the row titled ‘IMDb TV – Popular Movies and TV – free with ads’ on the Prime Video homepage. No Prime Video subscription needed.
Until a dedicated app launches, this is how to access the free content for now.
