One of the few criticisms of memory foam mattresses is that they offer no place for body heat to escape and can cause sleepers to get to hot during the night. The gel in gel foam mattresses corrects this by enhancing air circulation. Whilst giving the same advantages of body moulding.

 

They are also hypoallergenic that minimizes dust mites and other allergens.

 

Buyers should know, while gel infusion may have improved the addressing body heat retention. Yet some other manufacturers have found ways to keep the heat off sleepers.
