What’s the difference between Android PC / TV devices.

I have been looking at MK809 IV and MK802 IV , at first i thought the MK802 is an older version and the MK809. And there seems to be the same model but with apparently 16.Ghz or 1.8Ghz processor yet not version or model number change !!

and even there seems to be two versions of the 809 !!  yes quite confusing and there are also many model brands on the scene like Rikomagic, Ugoos, Tronsmart, Measy, but hopefully i will be able to clear things up.

The main Rockchip RK3188 is high Performance Mobile Application Processor for Tablet,which has 2GB RAM and 8GB ROM.Quad core RK3188 Cortex A9 is the newest processor. But characteristic vary:
